It has been awhile since I have been on here but christmas vacation came and then I started at a new company so things have been a little hectic. This year I plan on doing a lot more tutorials on Flex and Virtools as well as some ActionScript projects so I hope you keep checking back.
I plan on getting a little more in-depth with Virtools and complete the import of all the scenes for the game we will be making. Then with all the scenes imported I will then show you how to interact with them and move from scene to scene. I hope by the end of the year you will have a small game setup and be able to put on a computer platform.
The plans I have for Flex and ActionScript will vary with the new projects I’m getting involved in. I am first going to cover how to work between Flash and Flex, using Flex as your ActionScript editor and then running everything is Flash. This process is probably one of the best ways to code in AcitonScript due to the code hinting it gives you.
